Presentation of a film by a member of Azerbaijan Union of Filmmakers.

The presentation of the documentary “Loops of life” will be held at Nizami Cinema Center on 9 March.

The film, produced by “Chronicle Film Studio” LLC on the order of the Ministry of Culture, is dedicated to Honored Culture Worker Zahra Aliyeva, who played an exceptional role in the development of Azerbaijani carpet art and in passing on this valuable heritage to future generations.

Director Mubariz Naghiyev, a member of Azerbaijan Union of Filmmakers, says that the film based on the protagonist`s rich life story that reflects invaluable experience and creative life of the venerable artist Zahra Aliyeva: “Here, referring to archival materials, there are also interesting memories of famous carpet weaving-artists such as Latif Karimov, Jafar Mujiri and Kamil Aliyev.”

Film crew is as follows: directed by Mubariz Maghiyev, written by Shirin Malikova, cinematography Fahir Imamguliyev,executive producer Azad Akhundov, producer Nazim Huseynov.

It was mainly filmed in Baku and Zahra Aliyeva’s house, at National Carpet Museum, as well as in Ismayilli and Khizi districts.
