As we reported in April, as part of an ongoing series of workshops organized for filmmakers, young screenwriters, and those eager to master the nuances of the profession, applications were opened for a training program titled “The 36 Dramatic Situations”.
The training course, developed by film director and producer Oleg Safaraliyev, is based on Georges Polti’s renowned theory of the “36 Situations.”
The third session of the program took place on May 17. During the class, participants received insights into postmodernism, Aristotle’s theory, classical archetypes, and other essential aspects of dramaturgy.
In addition to general theoretical lectures, the practical application of Georges Polti’s theory is also explained by the mentor during the training sessions. Moreover, individual consultations are planned to help participants further develop the synopses they have written.
