“Cinema Days in the South” project of AUF will be continued in Lerik on July 13-14 and Lankaran on July 17-19 started in Bilasuvar on June 25-26.
Film screenings will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the Culture Center and at 3:00 p.m. at the Folklore Club of Piran village of Lerik district. Film screenings will be held on July 17, at 6:00 p.m., in the “Other Room” of Tor Cafe, on July 18-19, at 11:00 a.m., at the Culture Center of Lankaran, and on July 19, at 3:00 p.m., in “Artistry” club of Kanarmesha village of Lankaran city.
The list of short and feature length films for screenings: “Red garden” (directed by Mirbala Salimli), “Bilasuvar” (directed by Elvin Adigozal), “Pomegranate orchard” ( directed by Ilgar Najaf), “Be” ( directed by Namig Aghayev), “There is a letter for you” ( directed by Mazahir Hashimov), “Tremble” ( directed by Amil Amal), “Dawn” (directed by Kamal Yashar), “About a father” (directed by Nurlan Hasanli), “A gift” ( directed by Rovshan Nijat), “Papanin” (directed by Turkan Huseynova) “Voice” (directed by Arturan Najafi).
It should be noted that, the goal of this project is to introduce new and successful Azerbaijani films participated at several international film festivals on wide screens as well as directors to local audiences. Executive producer of the project is Intigam Hajili.
